This is one of the largest and most laborious paintings in the entire collection. Three paintings creating one great work - one great full moon. The full moon occurs so rarely. In some cultures or beliefs it has enormous power. Do you feel the power of this paradise, fairy-tale land? The soul of this painting? Would you like to be there for a moment? The huge pink and white moon in the center seems so close, within arm's reach, but at the same time so far away. Exactly the same applies to the land just below the moon. How easily could you cross the water by simply jumping on stones to get to the other side, but are you sure? The water seems to be both refreshing and cool, hot and astringent. So calm and quiet, yet deadly untamed. The sky so bright and joyful, yet cloudy and gloomy. The vegetation and colours so vivid, yet so dead… The whole island seems to be just as beautiful and friendly as it is terrifying and wild… How many such places, people, situations do you know? The fact that they can be extreme at the same time fascinates, attracts and terrifies. How many different emotions have you experienced? To what extent did you like it? They are created from scratch - from knocking together a stretcher from boards, stretching and creating a canvas by the artist himself. (apart from a few exceptions in the collection where a different canvas was purchased especially for this purpose, or they were painted on the wall)
The paintings are sold without a frame - the first photo is a preview visualization only.
The painting may not have a perfect square or rectangular shape due to unevenness of the stretcher frame because it was created from scratch by hand and they appeared by accident, or the stretcher frame was intentionally curved for the purpose of imitating something, or for other purposes consistent with its message.

Some paintings do not have a stretcher frame and are sold as canvas only - ready to be stretched yourself.
